Day 1
Emotional Wellness – Heal the Heart First
Understanding emotional eating & honoring your feelings

On Day 1, we gently explore what your emotional eating has been trying to do for you: protect, soothe, or comfort. Instead of shaming the behavior, we get curious about the pain underneath it.

You'll learn:

  • The difference between physical hunger and emotional hunger
  • Common emotional eating triggers for women who have “been through it”
  • A simple 3-step pause practice to help you check in with your heart before you reach for food

Suggested Practice: A 5-minute “Heart Check-In” journal prompt and grounding breath.

Day 2
Physical Wellness – Honor Your Body As It Is
Building safety, nourishment & rest at any size

On Day 2, we shift from fighting your body to befriending it. No diets. No punishment. Just learning to listen to what your body has been trying to say for a long time.

You'll learn:

  • How to gently notice hunger, fullness & satisfaction signals
  • Why rest and softness are non-negotiable for burnout recovery
  • How to choose one tiny, sustainable body-honoring habit for this week

Suggested Practice: A “Body Gratitude” reflection and 5 minutes of gentle movement or stretching.

Day 3
Mental Wellness – Quiet the Critical Voice

On Day 3, we turn toward your inner critic with compassion. You'll explore the stories you've been carrying about your body, your habits, and your worth — and begin rewriting them.

You'll learn:

  • Why you can't hate yourself into a healthier version of you
  • The truth about perfectionism, productivity & “starting over Monday”
  • A simple reframe practice to replace harsh thoughts with kinder truth

Spiritual Wellness – Reconnect with Your Inner Light

On Day 4, we make space for your spirit. Trauma, stress and constant survival mode can disconnect you from who you truly are. Today is about coming home to yourself.

You'll learn:

  • How burnout and emotional eating can signal spiritual disconnection
  • Small ways to create a sense of sacredness in your everyday routine
  • A grounding ritual you can return to when you feel overwhelmed or lost

Financial Wellness – Ease the Stress That Fuels Eating
Creating calmer money energy in your body

On Day 5, we gently acknowledge how money stress is living in your body. Financial pressure can be a major emotional eating trigger, especially for women carrying family, work and community responsibilities.

You'll learn:

  • How financial anxiety shows up in your nervous system and eating patterns
  • One small, compassionate money habit you can start without overwhelm
  • A simple script to speak kindness over your current financial season

Suggested Practice: A nervous-system calming exercise + one tiny money step (like a 5-minute money check-in).
