ANAD — National Association of Anorexia Nervosa & Associated Disorders
The nation's largest provider of free peer-led eating disorder support groups. Open to all genders, backgrounds, and diagnoses. Virtual groups meet regularly and are professionally supported.
NEDA — National Eating Disorders Association
The largest eating disorders nonprofit in the U.S., offering a screening tool, treatment directories, support group listings by state, and educational resources for individuals and families.
Eating Recovery Center — Free Support Groups
Offers free, trained facilitator-led virtual support groups for individuals, families, and community members. Pre-recorded group series are also available for flexible, on-demand support.
The Body Positive

NAMI — National Alliance on Mental Illness
The nation's largest grassroots mental health organization, with over 650 local affiliates. Offers a free HelpLine, local support groups, mental health education programs, and national advocacy for people living with anxiety and other conditions.
Office on Women's Health (OWH)
A federal government resource offering authoritative information on anxiety, depression, and mental health conditions uniquely affecting women. Includes a free helpline staffed by health information specialists, Monday through Friday.

The federal government's leading mental health research agency. Provides in-depth, science-backed information on depression in women, including causes, symptoms, treatment options, and links to find local care.
Mental Health America (MHA)
A national community-based nonprofit offering mental health screening tools, peer support communities, educational resources on depression, and a directory of local MHA affiliates for in-person programming and advocacy.
